After having to be away from coding almost caused me to forget about this wiki page. I will continue working on it now. I have much to add, so keep an eye on this wiki.

I am working to get this wiki completed. I am finding the need to re-orgaanize parts of the page as I go. Please excuse the confusion while I get this thing in order.
